to Art, Advanced Studio, 3D Design, and Art II.
Responsible for developing lessons within predetermined curriculum,
grading students, speaking with parents, and all other duties and
responsibilities to be expected of a full time teacher.
Barrington High School, Barrington, RI 2019
•Full time long term sub position, grades 9-12. Classes included
Ceramics
One, Ceramics Two, and Studio Art. Responsible for developing lessons
within predetermined curriculum, grading students, speaking with
parents, and all other duties and responsibilities to be expected of a
full time teacher.
Central High & Middle School, Corinth, ME 2018-2019
•Full time teaching position, grades 7-12. Classes include introductory
level and advanced levels of Art. Lessons include drawing,
painting, sculpture, and mixed media.
Leavitt Area High School, Turner, ME 2018
•Full time long term substitute teaching position - Approximately 3
months long. Taught Natural Arts classes, Fibers and Fabrics classes,
and a class called Exploring River Valley. Responsible for developing
lessons within predetermined curriculum, developing lessons that
incorporate school standards, responsible for grading students,
speaking with parents, and all other duities and responsibilities to
be expected of a full time teacher.
Maine College of Art, Portland, ME
•Taught a week long figure drawing course for students ages 14-17. 2017
Responsible for developing and implementing lessons, scheduling
models, and collecting all supplies for the class.
Lincoln Academy, Newcastle, ME 2017
•Interned with Jonathan Mess in the ceramics department working
with students in grades 9-12. Responsible for developing lessons for
classes including Advanced Ceramics, Basic Ceramics, and Sculpture.
Portland Museum of Art, Portland, ME 2017
•Assisted with the Pop-up Studio on family day working with students
of all ages to create works of art inspired by art in the museum.
Skillin Elementary School, South Portland, ME 2017
•Interned with Dorson Plorde working with students in grades K-5.
Responsible for developing and executing art lessons for all age ranges.
